Using facilities in both California and Las Vegas , Shawn Tompkins is preparing the L.A. Anacondas, Hominick, Stout, Baroni, Jason "Mayhem" Miller, Gray Maynard, Tyson Griffen, Forrest Griffin, Mike Whitehead, Mark Beecher, Joey Varner, Art Santore and many more for upcoming fights during the month of May and June.

Shawn Tompkins prepares "The New York Bad Ass" Phil Baroni for the biggest fight of his life. At Las Vegas' Extreme Couture gym, Mr. Tompkins will be working together with Baroni to prepare him for the Strikforce event that takes place on June 22nd.

As of May 1st, selected Team Tompkins pro fighters will be represented by one of the world's top management team headed by Jeff Clark and Matt Stansell. This management team will continue to aid in Team Tompkin's rise to the top of the Mixed Martial Arts world....

Mark Hominick fought a 5-round stand-up war with Hatsu Hioki at TKO 28. Unfortunately, the judges awarded this fight to Hioki; a decision that was not well received by most of the fans in attendance.

Sam Stout defeated Fabio Holanda at TKO 28. This is a huge win or Sam, and demonstrated how much he has improved on the ground. He weathered the storm of the BJJ black belt, and pulled off the win with outstanding cardio.

Chris Clements won his 4th straight bout at TKO 28, defeated David Medd via TKO. Congrats to Chris on another big victory.

Chris Horodecki extended his undefeated record to 8-0 by defeating Bart Palaszewski, leading the Anacondas to a huge win over the Silverbacks from the Militech camp. Congrats Chris!

Shawn Tompkins returns to London, Ontario Feb 3rd. He will return to running classes at Team Tompkins on Feb 5th. Don't miss out on these classes. Also a chance to see Hominick and Stout before they leave for Montreal.

California Training camp finishes for Mark Hominick, Sam Stout and Pete Brown. Hominick and Stout are heading back to Canada Tuesday afternoon to complete training for TKO and Pete Brown and Shawn Tompkins are off to Houston, Texas for the IFL. Great finish to an awesome camp, completing the last night with former KOTC champion "Showtime" Javier Vasquez. Look for Javier Vasquez to be traveling to Canada in march to do a seminar at the Team Tompkins gym.

Mark "the Machine" Hominick is training at the moment in Chicago at Team Curran Martial Arts. Jeff Curran is helping prepare the former TKO champ for his re-match with Hatsu Hioki. Hominick will be traveling later this week to Temecula, California to finish his preparation with Shawn Tompkins and Team Quest for this upcoming bout. Shawn Tompkins has started training former Pride FC fighter and now DEEP middleweight Champion Ryo Chonan. Ryo Chonan has travelled from Japan to California to prepare for his upcoming February title defence. He is a huge pleasure to train, will great skills in both stand up and ground. He is best remembered for his Pride win over UFC stand out Anderson Silva, with his leg scissors takedown and heel hook submission.

Upcoming Team Tompkins event on Sunday, March 11th will be the site of a long awaited Thai Boxing match up between two fighters that are not afraid to tell us they don't like eachother. As we all know this is generally a recipe for a great, exciting match. Team Tompkins member and assistant instructor Brian MacEachern will be facing former Team Tompkins member Jacob MacDonald. Since leaving the Team Tompkins Camp, MacDonald has gone on to open his own gym and start to train his own stable of fighters that will also be highlighted in the Thai Boxing event. Don't miss this event, show starts at 2pm sharp.........

Preparation for the Anaconda's first match up Feb 2nd has already begun, with some of the Team's members traveling out to Temecula to train for a week, with Bas Rutten's assistant coach Shawn Tompkins. Look for this first show to be a war with the Los Angeles Anaconda's matching up against Pat Miletich's Silverbacks. One of the IFL's most anticipated matches will be 155lb Bart Palachewski taking on our very own Chris "The Polish Hammer" Horodecki. Horodecki assures us Bart's day of defeat will be coming Feb 2nd in Houston, Texas.

Temecula Team Quest training Camp starts Jan 10th, preparation for the upcoming TKO event as well as Dan Henderson for the returning Pride event in Las Vegas February 24th.

This Year's London Sports Celebrity Dinner will feature our own Sam "Hands of Stone" Stout. Sam will be among many NHL, MLB, and other sports celebrities to raise money for the London Children's Hospital. Just goes to prove there is much more to being a Champion than just wearing the belt.

Chris Horodecki extended his undefeated record to 7-0 this past weekend defeating vetran Ryan Shultz at IFL. Chris won via TKO in the second round.

Dangerous Dan Henderson wins at the first ever Pride FC event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dan beat the infamous Vitor Belfort. Shawn Tompkins trained and cornered Henderson for this fight and will be starting to prepare Dan for his upcoming fight when Pride returns to Vegas in February.
